Plans are underway to make big changes to the Schools in Send that will bring major benefits to both the children and the community.
St Bede’s was built as a secondary school in 1939, converted to a middle school in the 1970s and is today used as a junior school. Send First school, the associated primary school, was built in the 1950s and is several hundred yards away.
