Spring – Summer – Autumn – Winter

Ripley & Send

Ripley & Send are villages in Surrey whose history has been bound together over the centuries.

“Ripley & Send Matters” is a community-based free magazine, published quarterly and paid for by local advertising. It is distributed to every house-hold and business in Ripley, Send and Wisley and contains news, details of events organised by the member groups, and stories about the people who live there.

The Autumn 2021 issue of the magazine was published on the 24th August and distributed soon after. Articles for the Winter 2021 issue should be with the editor by the 1st November so it can be published and available on or about the 26th November.

Valerie Jenner, who has editted the magazine for the last 30 years, is retiring. Anyone who would like to become the next editor and ensure that the magazine continues to be published should contact Valerie or one of the committee directly or use the contact form on this site.

The 2020 Annual General Meeting of the Ripley & Send Publishing Association was to be held on 15th September. It was decided that in the light of the Coronavirus Covid-19 situation it had to be cancelled. A date for the next AGM is yet to be decided.
