Ripley Museum – Portraits of the Past

Send & Ripley History Society has an exhibition at the Ripley Museum. It is open every Saturday Morning until June 2022.

The exhibition showcases a small fraction of the society’s photo collection. Some of the photos were taken in studios but many more were taken locally of people such as the blacksmith, the milk delivery man etc. As well as coming to see these lovely photos visitors can have their ‘portrait’ taken either with or without props. If people are concerned about using the props provided, then they are welcome to bring their own. All participants will have the option of having their photos deleted at the conclusion of the exhibition.
